I am just about to finish writing my tenth book in less than a year, and I realized recently that without meaning too…I have almost written one million words!!

That’s a lot ! I am something like eighty thousand words away from it, so I have taken it as personal challenge to complete one million words by the end of January!

All of the books are from my series about Three Wishes, a small town that has many secrets, some of them sad, mixed into a legacy of magic wishes and romance. Each story is based around a couple being brought together through the power of someone’s heartfelt wish for them.

Two of the books have been published and are available on Amazon in paperback, or on Kindle : Three Wishes Family and Three Wishes Reunion are the names in case you are curious :).

The rest of my books are ready and raring to go once I get through the editing and formatting process, which is admittedly my least favorite part of the whole operation, I have to stop writing to do it, and that is almost painful at times, I am a little addicting to the actual writing process.

As I wrap up this tenth book, I find I have no lack of ideas, so I am pretty sure two million words will be in my future eventually.

For now, I will saviour the possibility that I can bring maybe a little respite from the cares of the world to a few of you out there. It gives me great joy to know that you enjoy reading my stories, and find escape from the mundane, for even a few a minutes a day.

And now back to working on that million words goal, I will post something when I get there, and oh, I also plan to have the third in the series published soon: Three Wishes: Legacy should be out in the next month as well.
